Jabalpur: Following the death of a boy in the race for the physical efficiency test for police constable recruitment in Jabalpur city of Madhya Pradesh, the government has cancelled the physical test. Home Minister Narottam Mishra said this.

In fact, the physical proficiency test for police guard recruitment is being conducted in Madhya Pradesh. In view of the heat, the physical proficiency test for police constable recruitment scheduled to be held from May 13 to June 2 has been cancelled. The examination to be held from June 3, 2022, to June 5, 2022, will remain in place. The physical proficiency test of the affected candidates will start on June 6, 2022, the news of which will be released separately.  
 
It was the third day of the ongoing guard physical examination at SAF in Jabalpur on Wednesday. Narendra Kumar Gautam (22), a resident of Khera in Seoni, had reached Ranjhi in Jabalpur to attend it. After a run of about 800 metres, Narendra's health suddenly deteriorated. He lay down after running, having trouble breathing. He was rushed to Ranji Hospital from where he was referred to Jabalpur Hospital. The man died during treatment at the hospital. The boy had come to take the exam with his father Shankar Lal Gautam.
