Rahul had climbed the mobile tower after getting angry. On receiving the information, Harkia Khal Chowki in-charge ASI K Laish Rathore, constable Amanat Ali, Dilip Chandravanshi and soldier Narayan Singh reached the spot. He was accompanied by Manish Rathore, a pilot of Dial 100. He negotiated and explained to Rahul and asked him to descend from the mobile tower. After this, he was taken to the police station, from where the young man was released after explaining.
