Hyderabad: A patient infected with the corona virus has died at Gandhi Hospital in Hyderabad. After which his brother attacked the doctor present in the isolation ward. The incident occurred in the hospital on Wednesday. The attacker himself is also infected with the Corona virus. He attacked the resident doctor on duty after his brother died.

In fact, a 56-year-old patient was corona infected and died on Wednesday due to his ailment. His brother is also under the grip of corona infection. Both were undergoing treatment at the same hospital. But after the death of the brother, the patient lost his temper and attacked the doctor. He also broke a window in the hospital. On hearing the uproar, the city police chief rushed to the hospital where doctors expressed anger over the attack. Telangana Health Minister Itela Rajendra has also strongly condemned the attack at Gandhi Hospital and assured to take strict action against the attacker.

He said, 'Two people from the same family were admitted due to coronavirus. After the death of a person, the relative started beating the doctors. Under no circumstances can we ignore such incidents. We will take strong action against the attackers. If doctors and medical staff are risking their lives to save our lives, then we need to save them. '
