As per reports, the incident is from the Nampally area. It is being told that the child had stolen a cold drink from the shop and shopkeeper Krishna caught him stealing and then thrashed him fiercely. He didn't stop here either. He tore the child's clothes. His hands and feet were tied with a rope and red chili powder was put in his private part. Then made a video of it and put it on social media. When the family members of the child came to know about this, they got a case registered against the accused shopkeeper Krishna. Taking immediate action, the police arrested the accused. At present, further action is going on in the matter.
