New Delhi: The Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) has made a major change in the testing strategy to control the corona epidemic. Till now the corona test of people was being done at the behest of doctors and district administration in the country, but now anyone can get tested.

In the advisory released on Friday, the ICMR has clarified that if a state wishes, it can seek a report of Kovid negative from the residents of another state visiting it. It is being told that this advice has been given by ICMR so that there is no obstruction in railway and air travel and they continue continuously. In such a situation, people going from one state to another may have to undergo corona test. However, so far no state has issued any directive in this regard. The advisory issued on Friday under four categories to make the testing strategy a success states that healthworkers working in Containment Zones must be tested.

According to the guidelines, anyone can have their test now or not if they have corona symptoms. Along with this, it has been said that among those who have done any international travel in the last 14 days, besides Simpatic, all will be tested. All patients suffering from acute acute respiratory infection will be examined in hospitals. With this, people with all the symptoms present in the healthcare center will be tested. It is mandatory for those traveling to another state or other countries to be corona negative.
