In rescue, BHEL supply medical oxygen to Sangareddy hospitals

Hyderabad hospitals and state government were constantly reporting about shortage of oxygen and injection supply. In this regard, Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), Hyderabad, came to the rescue of hospitals in Sangareddy district by supplying Medical Oxygen to various government hospitals in the district.

Here it is to be noted that the BHEL converted its industrial Oxygen storage facility into a Medical oxygen storage facility to meet the Medical Oxygen demand. In coordination with District Collector M Hanumantha Rao, BHEL started filling oxygen cylinders at Primary Health Centres across Sangareddy district.

To be noted here that the BHEL management refilled oxygen cylinders at Patancheru Primary Health Care Centre. BHEL Executive Director P Jagadheeshwar Reddy and Sangareddy District Additional Collector (local bodies) Rajarshi Sha supervised the supply of oxygen to hospitals in Sangareddy.
