Ranchi: The third and last match of the three-Test series between India and South Africa has started today i.e. Saturday. But the cricket fans of Ranchi did not show much excitement about this match. Even before the third Test match, Team India has sealed the Test series 2–0, so perhaps the audience did not show much enthusiasm about it. Alam was that only 1500 tickets could be sold in this stadium with a capacity of 39 thousand. After this, the Jharkhand Cricket Association even said that they would think twice before organizing a Test match next time.
The Jharkhand Cricket Association has kept the lowest ticket price at Rs 250. Five counters were built for ticket sales at the stadium, but the number of ticket purchasers remained small. Although the number of spectators in the Pune Test match was also small, but in Ranchi it has reduced further. 5000 tickets of Ranchi test match were distributed among security forces. At the same time, 10,000 tickets were given to schools, clubs and academies. Nasif Khan Khan, president of the Jharkhand Cricket Association, said that he would think twice before organizing a Test match next time. Ranchi's hero MS Dhoni has retired from Test cricket. It has also seen its effect.
