New Delhi: China is not taking the name of hawk with its antics, in such a situation, India has given China another strong blow. Railways on Friday canceled the contract to build 44 cm high speed Vande Bharat Express train from China. The Indian Army has also asked China to restore the earlier position on the Line of Actual Control (LAC), if China does any nefarious act then it will have to suffer unexpected consequences.

The tender for the making of the semi-high speed Vande Bharat Express train was released last year and when the tenders opened last month, the contract was awarded to JB Company, a joint venture with China. In this, CRRC Pioneer Electronic India Private Limited Company was found eligible among 6 applicants. As per the contract, the company was supposed to supply 44 Bache Bharat trains and electronic equipment and other necessary accessories to each of its 16 coach coaches.

Let us tell you that in 2015, JB Company was founded by China CRRC Yongji Electric Company Limited and Gurugram-based Pioneer Phil-Med Private Limited. However, the Railways have not yet given the reason for the cancellation of the contract.
