New Delhi: The total number of patients infected with coronavirus across the country has crossed 4 million. In the past 24 hours, 86,432 new corona cases have been registered. The total number of corona infected cases in the country has been 40,23,179 so far. The number of infected patients recovered so far has reached 31,07,223.

Corona has claimed 69,561 lives across the country so far. In the past 24 hours, 1,089 people have died from corona across the country. However, the recovery rate has gone up to 77.23%. Meanwhile, the Modi government has instructed the 15 districts in five states to properly determine the entertainment zone, continuously monitor the occupants of the home quarantine and test adequate samples and freely hospitalize the patients, where the number of corona epidemic deaths and infections is increasing.

15 districts of Andhra Pradesh, Punjab, Karnataka, Uttar Pradesh and Tamil Nadu have been registering a rise in new cases of coronavirus infection, under treatment and cases of coronavirus infection for the last four weeks. These districts include Chittoor, Prakasam, Mysore, Bengaluru Urban, Bellary, Koppal, South Kannada, Davangere, Ludhiana, Patiala, Chennai, Coimbatore, Salem, Lucknow and Kanpur Nagar.
