India sets record in vaccination, did 12 crore vaccination till now

New Delhi: The country has so far set a record in the whole world by vaccinating more than 12 crore covid vaccines. The Health Ministry has informed that more than 30 lakh 4 thousand people have been vaccinated with corona in the last 24 hours. According to the ministry, a total of 11,99,37,641 vaccine doses have been given through 17,37,539 sessions, according to the report reported till 7 am today.

These include 91,05,429 healthcare workers who have taken the first dose and 56,70,818 health workers have taken the second dose, 1,11,44,069 frontline workers have taken the first dose and 54,08,572 have taken the second dose. At the same time, the first dose has been given to 4,49,35,011 and 34,88,257 to the second dose in the common people. The beneficiaries are 3,92,23,975 (first dose), those above 60 years of age, and 9,61,510 (second dose), aged 45 to 60 years.

Currently, the health rate in the country has come down to around 87. The ministry said that over one lakh 23 thousand people have recovered in the last 24 hours. The ministry has said that so far, more than one crore of 26 lakh patients recovering from this infection have been cured. Five states Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, and Kerala cumulatively account for 65.02 percent of the total active cases of India. Maharashtra alone accounts for 38.09 percent of the total active caseload.
