New Delhi: The Indian Army can now keep up to 15 days of stock of ammunition for fighting in the event of a fierce war. Earlier this limit was 10 days, but seeing the situation on the border, the Indian Army has now increased the preparations for war in the face of confrontation with China in Ladakh. The Indian Army had been preparing for war on two sides for a long time, but now the army has been asked to prepare seriously on it and instructions have been given to be prepared for a 15-day intensive fight.

More storage of munitions will help the army to increase its reserve. Apart from this, in the event of a two-front war, it will be easy to adjust the ammunition requirements. Explain that in the current situation both the front of the country have become equally active. According to top government sources, the period of collection of arms and ammunition to the army has been increased to 15 days now. This means that now the army has to be in a position to prepare for a 15-day intensive war. Earlier this preparation used to last 10 days.

With this approval, the economic power of the army has also increased. Now the army can spend 500 crores for every purchase within the budget. Sources said that the permission to increase the collection of war equipment has been received a few days ago.
