Gentleman cadets were rewarded for their hard work and ability before becoming military officers by rigorous training at the Indian Military Academy (IMA). The cadets were awarded individual excellence, rolling trophies and banners at the IMA Award Ceremony. The academy's commandant Lt Gen JS Negi gave the defense and duties of the country to the officers joining the Indian and seven foreign armies.

For your information, let us know that on Wednesday, the award ceremony of future military officers of the country was organized in Khetrapal Auditorium at IMA. At the event, the Commandant of IMA congratulated the cadets who received the award, saying that the country expects every young officer to have the country safe in his hands. He also gave the mantra of being strong and patient to the cadets. Patience, courage, knowledge and brainstorming are very essential for a good leader.

It is essential for an officer to maintain a competitive streak within the parameters of sports and fair play at all times. There should always be an effort to win and excel as a team. The war is not won individually. It is always won by collective and single team effort and there is no runner-up in the war. He said that the way cadets have received their training uninterrupted amidst epidemics like Kovid-19. He deserves appreciation for that. Gentleman cadets including army officers were present during this period.
