Regarding this matter, the Railway Ministry has tweeted and told that till now about 14 lakh people have been reached to their destination through Shramik Special Train. It was further told in the tweet that Indian Railways has operated 1074 laborers special trains across the country. During the last 3 days, more than 2 lakh persons have been transported per day.

On the other hand, the number of patients infected with Coronavirus is increasing continuously throughout the country. According to data released by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, 3970 new cases of corona have been reported in the last 24 hours and 103 people have died. After this, the total number of corona positive cases across the country has risen to 85,940, out of which 53,035 are active, 30,153 people have become healthy or have been discharged from hospital and 2752 people have died. Today 48 new cases have been registered in Andhra Pradesh, 46 in Bihar, 65 in Odisha and 86 in Rajasthan.
