Indore: In the Indore district, the administration is coming out as a support to the elderly. In fact, elderly people whose houses have been occupied by others and who have been wandering for justice for years are being helped. Now such bourgeoisie has got new hope and ownership rights of their own building are also being given to them. In fact, in the recent past, after some cases have come to light, other cases are now coming up in which the elderly are approaching the administration for hope and they will get justice. In fact, under the direction of Collector Manish Singh in the Indore district, a campaign is being launched to protect the rights of the elderly, destitute people.

Under this scheme, last Monday, the district administration took humanitarian and sensitive initiatives and gave possession of their property to another victim. In this case, Malharganj SDM Parag Jain says, "Mahesh Sharma, an elderly applicant from 303 Mahavir Kripa Apartment in Sadhana Nagar, Indore, submitted an application before collector Manish Singh seeking possession of his flat.'' He further said, "The collector took cognizance of the application and directed to take action as per rules. He then took immediate action and sent a revenue team led by tehsildar to the spot to get possession of the applicant.''

In this case, the applicant said that his flat was occupied by Sonia Shukla and he was very upset for the last six years. Not only that, there was a verdict in his favour from the court but even then Sonia Shukla locked the goods at his house in a room and locked his house.
