Lucknow: A case of triple talaq has come to light from Banda district of Uttar Pradesh. Where after 7 years of marriage, the husband gave triple talaq to his wife. The victim alleges that her husband used to beat her every day after her marriage. Relatives also used to harass her on one pretext or the other. On the complaint of the woman, the police registered a case and started investigation. The victim told the police that she was very upset after this incident.
This case is being told of a village under Atarra police station area. This is that a woman has filed a case of triple talaq against her husband. The victim says that her husband gave triple talaq over the phone on June 2 and said that I will leave you but I will not leave my family under any circumstances. The victim woman has demanded action against her in-laws including her husband.
On this matter, SHO Anoop Dubey has informed that a young man has given triple talaq to his wife. Along with this, the woman has also accused her in-laws of harassing her. Apart from the husband, a case has been registered against his aunt and daughter-in-law under serious sections. Further legal action is being taken. Let us tell you that even after the enactment of the law, the cases of triple talaq are not taking the name of stopping.
