A lot of changes are going to be seen in the IPL being held in the UAE in the midst of the Covid epidemic. At the moment, this problem often bothers all the IPL franchises where to stay the players and other members of the team. Where everyone's health is protected. The BCCI and the franchisees have decided that 8 different teams are going to be accommodated in different hotels. The players will have Covid test at the same time, while breaking the bio-bubble is going to be punished. These things were also included in the BCCI's SOP made for the IPL.

The SOP states that the medical team of each franchisee should be informed of the medical and travel of all cricketers from March 1 to now. All Indian players and support staff are scheduled to undergo two coronavirus PCR tests. They will be allowed to visit UAE only when the test is negative. This rule is also to be applied to foreign players. On reaching UAE, there will be tests on the first, third, and sixth days. In the middle tournament, there will be a test every 5 days.

Players are not allowed to leave the safe environment. If they did this, they will also be punished. Any positive incoming player will be quarantined for 14 days. All teams are scheduled to stay in 8 different hotels. The team members will be given rooms in a separate wing in the hotel. After 3 negative Tests, players will be able to meet by making proper distances and wearing masks. Players will be able to ask for food in their room. They will not need to go to the dining area.
