Jagtial: Welfare Minister Koppula Easwar on Thursday inaugurated 65 newly constructed double bedroom houses at Nukapalli village in Chopdandi constituency. The 2BHK homes were constructed with 100% Vastu at a cost of Rs 3.27 crore, and the houses were given as Dussehra gifts to the people. Speaking at the inaugural function, the minister said that CM KCR will soon launch a new scheme and provide financial assistance of up to Rs 5 lakh to those who have land to build a house.

He told that in last year's budget, the Chief Minister had allocated Rs 11,000 crore for the construction of double bedroom houses. Eshwar said that if in the past all the states of the country had CMs like KCR, the development of the state and the country would have happened much earlier. Chopdandi MLA Sunke Ravi Shankar, District Panchayat President Dava Vasant Suresh and District Collector G Ravi were present on the occasion.

 Minister Eshwar said that the Chief Minister is developing the state by utilizing the available resources and development and welfare programs are like two eyes for the state government. MLA Ravi Shankar said that he is happy that as a public representative he is able to ensure the development and welfare of the people in the constituency with the programs being implemented by Chief Minister KCR.
