New Delhi: An incident of stone-pelting has once again come to light in Jahangirpuri in the national capital. According to the information, when the police reached there to catch the wife of the accused man who opened fire, a Muslim mob there pelted stones at the police. Earlier, violence had erupted in Delhi's Jahangirpuri on April 16, the day of Hanuman Jayanti. So far, 21 people have been arrested since the violence. Two minors have also been detained.

However, even after the stone pelting, the police team took the woman with them. According to information, Sonu, who is seen shooting in the video, his wife has been taken into custody by the police and taken for questioning. The accused, Sonu, is currently on the run and lives in the C block of Jahangirpuri. The mother of the accused Sonu has told the media that there was a quarrel between Hindu Muslims in Jahangirpuri that day.

She said that, in the meantime, when Bajrang dal people came, the son opened fire in anger. Sonu works as a chicken dealer. Sonu is said to be on the run, while his brother Salim Chikna has been arrested by the police. The entire family is said to be residents of West Bengal. The mother said her younger son Salim was not involved in the violence, but the police arrested him.
