An area of low pressure has formed in the Bay of North Bengal amidst the ongoing rains in Rajasthan. Due to its effect, rain activities are expected to increase again in East Rajasthan on 27 August. On 27th and 28th August, there is a possibility of heavy rains in Kota and Udaipur divisions. The Meteorological Department forecasts rain in many areas of the state on Wednesday.

The weather department has predicted more monsoon activities in western Rajasthan on Wednesday. According to the Meteorological Department, due to a system operating in western Rajasthan, light to moderate rainfall may occur. However, the Meteorological Department has issued a Yellow Alert expressing the possibility of heavy rains for Barmer-Bikaner and Jaisalmer district. According to the Meteorological Department, due to the low-pressure area built in the Bay of Bengal, the rainy season will continue in the state till August 29. During this time, there will be rain in many areas of eastern Rajasthan. Heavy rain is expected in some of these areas.

On Tuesday, rainfall has been recorded in Ajmer, Jaipur, Udaipur, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Churu and Sikar cities. Due to rain, the temperature in the state has come down drastically. Due to the heavy rains in various areas of the state, the river drains are in spate. Many dams have spilt, so many are eager to spill. On Tuesday, the weather in the capital Jaipur remained pleasant throughout the day. A light drizzle was started in various areas here in the morning itself. After that, the clouds were cloudy throughout the day and there was light drizzle from time to time. Due to this, the weather remained very cold.
