Revised calendar of JNU released, University monsoon semester will start from this date

New Delhi: Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) based in the national capital Delhi has released a revised academic calendar for the next semester (monsoon semester). According to the revised calendar released by JNU, students will be allowed to return to campus by the end of June. Students can reach the campus between 25 to 30 June. Regular classes will be started in the university if the lockdown is lifted and the situation becomes normal.

Currently, the university is conducting teacher-training programs online, in addition to online classes. Let me tell you, the winter semester of the university will be held till 31 July. There are also semester exams and results. The final registration of the monsoon semester (for enrolled students) will start from 25 July. Classes for enrolled students will begin from August 1. According to the calendar, regular classes are scheduled to start from 1 September and the admission process starts from 1 August. However, now detailed information has not been released regarding this.

The JNU (JNUEE) entrance examination will be conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA). The link is available on the official website of NTA nta.ac.in for the admission process. Let us tell you that, JNU has announced its academic calendar keeping in mind the guidelines of UGC.
