Ranchi: Counting of votes has started for 81 seats of Jharkhand Assembly and strict security arrangements have been made for counting of votes. The voting in 5 phases was held from November 30 to December 20 and the counting of closed votes in EVMs for all seats has started at 8 am in 24 district headquarters. With this, the maximum round of counting will be held in Chatra, 28 rounds and the minimum 2 rounds will be on Chandankiyari and Torpa seats and the Election Commission has made arrangements in this regard in all the district headquarters. It is reported that the first result is expected at 1 pm on Monday afternoon.
