NEW DELHI: The first team of Kailash Mansarovar Yatra will enter China on Thursday. The other team of passengers has reached Gunji. The first of the 58 passengers of the Kailash Yatra along with ITBP's security, medical and communication team left Kalapani at 7 am on Wednesday morning for Nabhadhang.
According to information, the passengers reached Nabhidhang at 11:15 a.m. The passengers will reach Lipupas on Thursday. The ITBP's security squad will return the passengers to Chinese security agencies. The 45 passengers of the second team left Bundi at 6 am and travelled 17 km on foot and reached Gunji at 4.30 am. As per the information received from ITBP Control Room. there are clouds in the high Himalayan region.
At the same time, the first team of Adi Kailash Yatra, run by KMVN, has reached The Kuti. Travellers will reach Jolingkang on thursday on a walking journey of 18 km. The next day, a three-km journey from Jolingkang will be back to Parvati Kund, etc. The passengers will then go to the sight of The Om Parvat. The team consisted of 29 passengers, the traveller said. Among them, 11 are women and 18 are men.
