BENGALURU: Karnataka has enforced a night curfew for the sake of public health, according to State Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai. In all districts and taluks, solatium is being paid to BPL families of individuals who died as a result of Covid-19. According to him, a similar event is being held in Bengaluru.

Reacting to annoyance among the business community against the night curfew, Bommai stated that the action was made in the interest of public health. At tourist attractions, people would have to closely adhere to Covid rules.

The BJP State Executive Committee meeting in Hubballi will address issues concerning the party's organization and other developments. He claimed the meeting, which occurs every two months, would make significant choices.

In response to a question on the much-anticipated cabinet expansion, Bommai stated that it is a party internal matter that would be decided by the party high command. The party and the government have an excellent working relationship.

In the coming days, he said, the government will come up with more outstanding programs and seek popular mandate in 2023 based on its good work for the people.
