Material for making a pickle of taxes-
Natal Plum – 250 grams
Mustard oil – 1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Fennel Seed – 2 tsp
Fenugreek seed – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Seed – 1 tsp
Salt – according to taste

Method of making Karonda pickle - For this, first of all, wash the Karonda thoroughly with water and clean it. Now after this, you cut the pumpkins into two parts, remove the seeds of the Karonda with the help of a knife. Now take a large pen and soak the pieces of Karonda in hot water mixed with salt for 10 minutes. After this, after the scheduled time, turn the soaked taxon into a sieve and dry it. Now lightly roast the dried whole spices fennel, fenugreek seeds and mustard seeds, this will remove the moisture of the spices. After this, grind the roasted spices in a mixer after cooling. Now in a large bowl, turn the dried Karonda and mix them well with the spices mixed with mustard oil and turmeric powder. After this, store the pickle in a clean and dry container.
