Kerala-Kannur: There has been a horrific video of a young man brutally assaulting a six-year-old boy. The event reportedly happened on Thursday at Thalassery in this area.

Sihshad, a local of Ponnyampalam, was shown in the video kicking a migrant youngster who was perched on his car. Shortly after the CCTV footage was released, the young man's terrible deed grabbed headlines. Sihshad has been detained by police. Police said they had detained the young person and filed non-bailable charges against him, including attempted murder. After the arrest, his car was also taken into custody. After the CCTV footage of the incident gained widespread attention, police took action.

He attacked 6-year-old Ganesh, a native of Rajasthan, who was amusingly leaning on the driver's parked car.
The boy allegedly sustained a serious back injury. The attack left the boy in disbelief. The images also show the man's companion getting into the car without sobbing over the youngster.

A few witnesses to the cruel conduct hurried to the man and interrogated him. But he gave a defence for his actions and quickly walked out.

KV Manoj Kumar, the head of the Commission for the Protection of Children's Rights, replied to the occurrence and announced that the commission would become involved. He declared that, if required, the committee would set up the boy's medical treatment.
