Kerala: Why BSF inspector shot dead by jawan ?

Kerala,May 13,2016: According to the Police, “ BSF inspector, who had come for poll duty amid the May 16 Assembly election, was shot dead allegedly by a jawan following an argument over leave late last night”
Inspector Ram Gopal Meena (45) from Rajasthan was shot allegedly by Umesh Prasad Singh using his service rifle, police said.
Meena was hurried to a hospital, but he yielded to wounds on the way.
Further said that, “The incident occurred around 11.30 PM. The BSF personnel, who had come to Kerala as part of central forces for deployment during election, were staying at the Islamic Academy, a higher secondary school at Kottakal near Vatakara in Kozhikode district.”
