Kia Motors has increased the prices of three of its popular models - Kia Sonet, Kia Seltos, and Kia Carens. The price hike ranges from Rs 8,000 to Rs 27,000, depending on the variant. If you're planning to buy any of these cars, here's what you need to know about the new prices.
Kia Seltos:
- HTE and HTK Plus CVT variants remain unchanged
- HTK Plus variant price increased by Rs 5,000
- HTX and HTX CVT variants now cost Rs 15,000 more
- 1.5-liter turbo petrol variant with iMT transmission is Rs 17,000 pricier
- Diesel variants also see a price hike of up to Rs 19,000
Kia Carens:
- Premium (O) variant now costs Rs 14,000 more
- Prestige Plus iMT variant is Rs 18,000 pricier
- Prestige Plus (O) DCT variant sees a hike of Rs 19,000
- Luxury Plus DCT and X-Line variants now cost Rs 22,000 more
- Diesel variants see a price increase of up to Rs 27,000
Kia Sonet:
- 1.0-liter turbo petrol variants now cost Rs 17,000 more
- HTK Plus variant price increased by Rs 16,000
- HTX variant is Rs 13,000 pricier
- Diesel variants also see a price hike of up to Rs 27,000
Note that only some variants of these models have seen a price increase, while the base variants remain unchanged. So, if you're planning to buy a Kia car, be prepared to shell out more money!
