Kristen Stewart has lately shown interest in portraying the Joker opposite Robert Pattinson's Batman in the upcoming film The Dark Knight Rises! Fans on Twitter have been asking Kristen to bring Bella and Edward together for a film, and she has finally agreed!

Stewart, 31, responded to the notion of portraying the Joker in an interview with media, as Robert Pattinson has been confirmed to play Batman in the 2022 film The Batman. "I love the energy behind it," Stewart stated, as she discussed the numerous social media efforts that have sprung up to persuade her to join Pattinson's heroes as the famous villain. "It's been done really well." I'm not sure whether we walk over, but I admire your enthusiasm. Let's work something other out,” Stewart said, adding that she appreciated the suggestion and that she isn't saying no outright. Stewart has stated that she wants to portray "a weird, terrifying person."

Stewart went on to say that she would want to talk further about the concept and "do something fresh." Despite the social media hype around the Twilight actors, it does not appear that the two will reunite for a film anytime soon. In other developments, Stewart has been promoting her next film Spencer, in which she plays Princess Diana, the famous Princess of Wales. Spencer just appeared at the Venice Film Festival and the Telluride Film Festival, with many fans expecting Stewart to win an Oscar for her depiction as the People's Princess.
