Liquor shops were closed during the lockdown. But now permission has been granted to open in the Green Zone with certain conditions. Permission has been granted to open liquor and betel shops in the Green Zone with certain conditions. According to the information, liquor shops and paan shops will be allowed to work in the green zone, ensuring a minimum distance of six feet (two yards) from each other. It has to be ensured that no more than 5 people are present at the shop. It will be very important to take care of physical distance.

Chance of rain and hail at these places

Due to the epidemic, the entire country is divided into 733 zones. Of these, 130 red zones, 284 orange zones and 319 green zones have been declared. Institutes providing barber shops, salons and other essential services and goods will also open in the districts of Green Zone from May 4. Cinema hall, mall, gym, sports complex etc. will be closed. After May 3, factories, shops, small industries including transport and other services have also been allowed to open fully with conditions.

Number of infected people increases even after lockdown in Delhi

Due to lockdown, liquor shops are not opening due to loss of revenue of crores of rupees. Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh had appealed to the Central Government to open a liquor shop through social media. He had said that the state government gets the most revenue from liquor shops. Due to the closure of liquor shops, the states are suffering considerable financial loss.
