At the same time, the Maharashtra government has reduced the price of RT-PCR testing for coronavirus from Rs. 1000 to Rs. 500 last Wednesday. This was announced by state Health Minister Rajesh Tope last Wednesday. At the beginning of the epidemic, the price of RT-PCR investigation was Rs. 4500 and it was reduced by the state government from time to time. So far, the corona testing fee has been reduced by 6 times in the state. Principal Secretary, Department of Public Health Pradeep Vyas said that the new rates for investigation have been fixed at Rs. 500, Rs. 600 and Rs. 800. In addition, he has also said, "Rs. 500/-will be taken for testing on sampling at the center while taking samples at the Covid Care Centre and Quarantine Centre will have to pay Rs. 600 and Rs. 800 will have to be charged for sampling from home.''

Similar for anti-bodies will have to pay Rs. 250, Rs. 300 and Rs. 400. The corona cases in the state are not being named as mindless. In the last 24 hours, 227 patients have died. In Maharashtra, 39,544 new cases of coronavirus have been reported last Wednesday. Now, the total number of infections has increased to 28,12,980.
