The incident of Madhya Pradesh bank fraud has surprised both the State Bank of India and the common man. In fact, more than 15 kg of gold has disappeared from SBI's locker in Sheopur. However, the investigation of this case is going on, but to prevent such an incident from happening again, SBI Headquarters has ordered an inquiry into the gold loan lockers of all branches across the country. Strict instructions have been given to all the branch managers on behalf of the bank that they must match the keys of the lockers and the records of pledged gold.

Actually, no such mysterious theft was done in any branch of SBI before this. But let us tell you that 15 kg 446 grams of gold has been stolen from Gold Loan Locker at SBI's Station Road branch in Sheopur, which is worth about Rs 7.33 crore. In the initial action, the bank's cash in-charge Rajiv Paliwal and accountant Ramnath Thakur have been suspended. Both these employees are suspected of theft.

Since this incident, SBI headquarters has come into full action, where instructions have been given to investigate all the lockers in 22 thousand 428 branches by e-mail. It has been said in this email that all bank managers should look for the keys and duplicate keys of gold loan lockers in their branches. Apart from this, it has also been instructed to check the gold pledged inside the customers' lockers and then match it to the records. From this, it will be known that there is no shortage anywhere. For this entire action, the company has given 24 hours. At present, the police is investigating this matter and it is expected that in the coming time any information about this fraud should be revealed.
