The salary of officers of 'A' and 'B' category in the state will be reduced by 50 percent and they will be paid half the salary. 75 percent salary will be given to 'C' employees. At the same time, there will be no cut in the salary of 'D' employees. This decision has been taken in consultation with officials of the Uddhav Thackeray government of the state and representatives of employee organizations.
