New Delhi: To remove the health and economic conditions created by Corona's havoc, a 60 per cent reduction in the salary for the month of March of all public representatives from CM of Maharashtra, Deputy CM to all members of the Legislature as well as members of local Swaraj Institutes. And they will be paid 40 percent.

The salary of officers of 'A' and 'B' category in the state will be reduced by 50 percent and they will be paid half the salary. 75 percent salary will be given to 'C' employees. At the same time, there will be no cut in the salary of 'D' employees. This decision has been taken in consultation with officials of the Uddhav Thackeray government of the state and representatives of employee organizations. This information has been given by Deputy Chief Minister and Finance and Planning Minister Ajit Pawar.

The Deputy CM has said that this decision has been taken keeping in mind the decline in the economic income of the province to strengthen the fight against 'Corona crisis'. Deputy CM has told that the support of the President, officials, members of all the local Swaraj Sansthan as well as all the government officials and employees of the state, along with the two divisions of the Legislature, is on this decision.
