Mumbai: Mumbai Police has recently arrested the director of a YouTube channel. According to the information received, one kg of hashish was recovered from him. As per the information received, the price of this hashish in the market is around Rs. 50 lakh. An official in the case has informed that Gautam Dutta (43) was arrested by the Anti-Drug Cell (ANC) of Mumbai Crime Branch from suburban Andheri (West). The official also said that Dutta, a resident of the Juhu-Versova Link Road area, runs a channel on YouTube and is also the director of the channel.

In this case, the official also said, 'He is well associated with Bollywood and suspects that he supplies hashish to film actors.' Let us also tell all of you that last Friday, actress Rakul Preet Singh appeared before the ED in connection with an investigation into the money laundering case in connection with the 2017 bust of a gang of drug traffickers in Hyderabad. In fact, the ED had summoned her to appear before it.

Earlier, the ED had summoned 10 Telugu film industry personalities in connection with the sensational gang of supplying expensive drugs like LSD and MDMA. In fact, the gang was busted by the Prohibition and Excise Department of Telangana and the ED has questioned Telugu film director Puri Jagannath and actress Charmi Kaur in the case.
