Lucknow: The Yogi government in UP once again transferred several IAS and IPS officers on Sunday. Along with the DMs of two districts, five IAS officers have been transferred, while 10 IPS officers have also been transferred from here to there. It is being told that the government has removed DM Rakesh Kumar Mishra and SP Rajesh Kumar Srivastava and made them wait in connection with the case of vandalism that took place after the meat of the banned animal was found in the temple premises in Kannauj.

Now, in his place, Shubhrant Shukla has been made the new DM of the district, while Kunwar Anupam Singh has been made the new Superintendent of Police. On the other hand, Bareilly Municipal Commissioner Abhishek Anand has been made the District Magistrate of Chitrakoot. Yes, and apart from that, Shri Jagdish has been made special secretary excise.
