Hyderabad: Recently, Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao held a meeting at Pragati Bhavan. This meeting was with the officials of Agriculture Department. During this conversation, he talked about promoting agricultural business in the state. For this he emphasized on all the officials. Apart from this, he also talked about making farming a profitable business. During the meeting, he urged all the officials in this matter.

Agriculture Minister S Niranjan Reddy, Rayuthu State President Palla Rajeshwar Reddy, Chief Advisor to the Government Rajiv Sharma, Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar, Principal Secretary (Agriculture) B Janardhan Reddy and other officials were present in the meeting held on Wednesday. There was talk about developing the agricultural sector. During this time it was said that all efforts will be made by the state government for this, which no one has done so far in history. Apart from this, he also said in the meeting that 'we have spent crores of rupees, built big projects and are giving water to farmers for free. With this, 24x7 quality power is supplied free of cost to the agriculture sector.

KCR also said that 'there should be a big change in the existing traditional farming practices in the state and the agriculture department should guide the farmers'. Apart from this, he also talked about educating the power of the organized sector. During this, he further said that 'if the need is for the development of this area, the government is ready to allot more posts to the department'.
