KOLKATA : West Bengal CM Mamta Banerjee on Wednesday urged people in Delhi to maintain peace and brotherhood, saying no one wants bloodshed. Mamta Banerjee told the media that we do not want the blood of anyone, we want peace. He said in Puri that I have prayed to Lord Jagannath to bless you for peace and brotherhood in our country. I urge every person in the country to maintain peace.
CM Mamata reacted on Wednesday through a poem condemning the violence in Delhi. The title of the poem is 'Nark'
"kahaan hain ham? kis or ja rahe hain?
svarg ke pare narak mein!
kitane praan bisar gae
phir kabhee na lautenge ab!
rakt baha
giree laash
dhadhak rahee hai krodhaagni
holi ke pahale hee
khoon ko holi
asahaay banee maanavata!
pate thikaane kee ladai
gum ho gai
bandook kee nalee kee toophaanon mein phansa desh,
shaant desh,
ashaant ho gaya
kya ganatantr samaapt ho gaya?
kaun dega isaka uttar?
aur kya nikalega koi samaadhaan!
tum aur main mook darshak
narak ban gaya punyasthaan!!"
