In this case, after the nurse has become pregnant, she has been given abortion by taking contraceptive medicine. According to the information received, when the nurse protested, she was threatened to kill. In this case, the Women Police Station has registered a case against the accused named on the complaint of the victim.

According to reports, the officer investigating the case said, "The victim has lodged a complaint that she lives in a rented house in Faridabad and in 2017, the victim worked as a nurse in a private hospital in Odisha." And at the same time Santosh, a resident of Deen Dayal Nagar Gwalior (MP), also came to Orissa to study medicine. At the same time, the victim became friends with satisfaction. On the same April, the victim joined the Shri Satya Sai Hospital in Palwal. On June 19, Santosh also joined the Sri Sathya Sai Hospital for a job. On July 13, Santosh brought the victim to her room at SRS City Sector 6 in Alhapur and raped her and she became pregnant.

In this case, the victim told, "When she asked to marry Santosh, he threatened to kill him." Santosh left his village on October 2, leaving his job. ”The victim complained to the police about the incident that happened to her on November 22 and the police registered a case against the accused and started action.
