Bhagalpur: A truck loaded with gas cylinders caught fire on the highway in Bhagalpur, Bihar. After that, one by one, the cylinder started exploding. This caused chaos on the occasion. There was chaos on the spot due to continuous explosions. Fortunately, the accident took place away from a populated area, so there was no loss of life or property. Police stopped vehicles on both sides of the highway.
According to the news received, the incident took place on NH-31 at 2.30 am on Tuesday. SDPO Dilip Kumar said that a truck loaded with gas cylinders suddenly caught fire on NH 31 in Satishnagar, located on the Bhagalpur-Khagaria border. After this, the cylinder loaded on the truck started exploding one by one.

The police reached the spot as soon as the news was received. Police stopped the movement on both sides of the highway. There was a line of vehicles on both sides. The cylinder exploded for a long time. Its voice was heard far and wide. Flames were also visible from hundreds of meters away. After receiving the news, the fire brigade reached the spot and tried to extinguish the fire. However, due to continuous explosions in the cylinder, there was a lot of trouble in extinguishing the fire. Drivers had to face problems due to traffic jams on the highway. No casualty has been reported in the incident so far.
