Lucknow: Even before the results of the assembly elections in five states, including UP, are out, BSP chief Mayawati has started preparations for the 2024 elections. Mayawati has given a new responsibility to her corporators, in which she has placed her brother Anand Kumar and nephew Akash Anand in important roles. Once again Anand Kumar has been made the national vice-president of the Bahujan Samaj Party, while Akash Anand has been given the responsibility of national coordinator. Mayawati has thus placed brother and nephew on the number two post in the Bahujan Samaj Party.

The same Bahujan Samaj Party has already started preparations for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. For this, removing Ramji Gautam, who was posted as the national coordinator in the Bahujan Samaj Party, Mayawati has made her nephew Akash Anand the national coordinator of the party. Thus, he will keep an eye on the national problems of the Akash Anand Party in the entire upcoming election. He will work under the guidance of BSP chief Mayawati.

The same Mayawati has given the post of national vice-president to her brother Anand Kumar, who will work to strengthen the party at the national level. Earlier too, the BSP chief had brought Anand Kumar into politics and handed him the same post, but when he was accused of nepotism, he was removed. Subsequently, after the 2019 elections, Anand Kumar was again appointed as the national vice-president and now he has been posted on the same again.
