According to the news in the media, breaking the security of SPG, reaching to Rahul Gandhi, this girl is a 10th class student named Manhatta.

On Wednesday, Manasa came to join Rahul's rally to bunk her class. She is a student of Delhi Public School in Bharuch. She had permission from his father Ibrahim to bunk the class. Ibrahim has a shop near Bharuch railway station; he sells a private telecom company product.

While mentioning the whole incident, Manhatta said that the Congress Vice President's rally when passing by the railway station, after which Manhatta also joined the rally. She told that I went to the local Soft guest house and requested to Rahul Gandhi for selfie,  

After this Rahul immediately agreed. Rahul Gandhi also helped Mantsha to climb a mini-van.
