Army Chief Mukund Narwane says, 'Army ready for attack on PoK...'

New Delhi: Minister of State for Defense Shripad Naik has said to take note of the statement of taking action on Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). Minister of State for Defense Naik said, 'This is the spirit of the Army. It is not wrong to say this, but the government will definitely look into this matter. He said that we are proud of our army and the whole nation is proud of them.'

It is worth mentioning that recently, the new Chief of the Indian Army, Manoj Mukund Narwane said that the Army is fully prepared for action in the PoK if the Central Government calls it. Narwane, while addressing the media on Saturday, said that both the northern and western borders are important for India and PoK can be captured by using force if the government gives permission.

Talking about re-balancing the deployment of forces and weapons on both the borders, Army Chief Mukund Narwane said, "If Parliament wants that area to be annexed, we will do it and will act accordingly. " Army Chief Narwane said in the annual press conference that the preamble of Parliament is that the whole of Jammu and Kashmir is an integral part of India.
