Bhopal: The corona virus infection epidemic is on the rise in Madhya Pradesh. The total number of infected persons has crossed the 6 lakh mark last Friday. In fact, in the last 24 hours, 11,708 new cases have been reported last Friday. Due to this, 48151 people have recovered. The same corona infection claimed 84 lives. Let us also tell all of you that Indore in the state has reported the most infected cases. In fact, according to the report released by the health department officials, 1753 new cases of corona infection have been reported from Indore. Thereafter, 1576 new cases have been reported in Bhopal, 910 in Gwalior and 795 in Jabalpur.

In the last 24 hours, 84 corona infected patients have succumbed to their injuries and so far 5,43,000 of the 6,37,000 corona infected patients in the state have recovered and 95,423 patients are being treated in various hospitals. In this regard, a health official said, "4815 covid-19 patients recovered on Friday. The death toll due to the disease has gone up to 6,244 in the state so far". Last Friday, state Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said, "The state government has implemented the 'Mukhyamantri Kovid Treatment Scheme' to provide free corona treatment to all economically weaker families in the state. The scheme also has important decisions to provide free covid treatment to the families of Ayushman Card holder".

At the same time, Ayushman Package rates have been increased by 40 per cent to equal to private hospital rates for treatment at present. 5,000/- per family per annum has been changed to Rs.5,000/- per cardholder for the recruitment cardholders for treatment of corona infection in the financial year 2021-22.
