New Delhi: On the 17th day of the Ayodhya Ram Temple and Babri Masjid case, the Muslim party Rajiv Dhawan presented his side. On the arguments made by the Hindu parties, Rajiv Dhawan said that what is the law which you have mentioned here? The law we follow is not a Vedic law. The legal system was started in 1858. Rajeev Dhawan said that my friend Vaidyanathan has given a plea in Ayodhya about people going around. But I want to tell the court that the circumambulation of God done for worship cannot be evidence. There were so many arguments about this here, but even after listening to them, I cannot show where the circumambulation is. Therefore, this is not evidence.
Rajiv Dhawan said that he does not want to comment on Babur being a foreign invader, but Dhawan said that I will cross-examine to prove that the mosque existed there. Rajiv Dhawan said that which law will you implement here, should we implement the Vedas and the Skandha Purans.
