Sometime back, the Delhi Tis Hazari Court deferred its decision in the case of murder of the father of the Unnao gang rape victim till March 4. This decision was to be pronounced after some time, but due to the non-completion of the hearing, the next date was fixed on March 4.

For your information, let us tell you that there are a total of 11 accused in this case, including former BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar. At the same time, opposition parties including SP, BSP and Congress were putting all-round pressure on the government for the Unnao rape victim accident case.

Apart from this, there was a lot of uproar in the Lok Sabha on Tuesday after the Rajya Sabha over the Unnao rape victim accident case. With this, why has the MLA not been expelled from the BJP so far? Opposition parties were questioning the government's intention regarding this, in which case the Bharatiya Janata Party was on the backfoot and it was being said that Sengar could be expelled from the BJP at any time.

It is being told that the MLA lodged in Sitapur Jail has a case of rape, murder and conspiracy to murder. On Sunday, the truck hit the victim's car in Rae Bareli, in which the victim's aunt and aunt died, along with the victim and her lawyer are on a ventilator at KGMU in the capital. The family members of the victim have accused the MLA of plotting the murder. At the same time, the investigation of the case has been handed over to the CBI.
