On Thursday, Rajya Sabha Chairman M. Venkaiah Naidu has said that members of the Upper House should not attempt to avoid being summoned by any investigating agency. It is their responsibility to respect the law and legal provisions. Immediately after zero hours, Venkaiah Naidu himself, without naming anyone, said, 'I would like to tell the members that they should not postpone production before any investigating agency citing the responsibility of the House. We make laws ourselves, so we should respect the law and the legal process.
