Lucknow: The Lakhimpur violence case is taking a new turn every day. Son of Union Minister Ajay Mishra Teni and the main accused in the case, Ashish Mishra has reached the crime branch office today. While Ashish Mishra is accused of crushing farmers with a car, killing 4 farmers, protesters outraged by the incident thrashed 3 BJP workers and a journalist to death.

Sidhu had also reached the house of local journalist Raman Kashyap, who was killed in the violence, to meet his family members. Here, he said, "Unless action is taken against Mishraji's son Ashish, he is not involved in the investigation, I will sit here on hunger strike. After that, I'll keep speechless fast. Navjot Singh Sidhu then started a hunger strike at the same place.'' Sidhu was earlier detained at the Saharanpur border in Uttar Pradesh on Thursday. After which he reached Lakhimpur on Friday when he was released.

On the other hand, after returning from Lakhimpur, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra has now completely launched a front against the Yogi government. Priyanka suddenly reached Lavkush Nagar in Indira Nagar in Lucknow to protest against a statement by CM Yogi. After arriving at this settlement of Dalits, Priyanka Gandhi protested against CM Yogi with a broom.
