The first episode of IN THE SOOP: Friendcation is slated to air soon, the show stars BTS’ V, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, Park Hyung Sik & Peakboy, however, ahead of the premiere of the show, fans have been served with two official posters, three teasers, and now, a new set of photos. A glimpse of the five stars throughout their trip can be seen in the officially released photos. The photo thread consists of the time they met to discuss the trip, taking selfies together, taking walks on the beach, going ice skating and various other activities.
The friendcation version of In The Soop is a spin-off of HYBE’s ‘In The SOOP’ (which has previously seen two seasons starring BTS, and one season starring SEVENTEEN), it will follow the journey of BTS’ V, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, Park Hyung Sik & Peakboy on their journey of three nights and four days long trip to a destination that has not been disclosed yet. The show was originally planned by BTS member V.
In the previously released teasers, snippets of the five friends’ winter trip were shown. In the snippets, the quintet are seen having fun on the beach, going ice skating together, and even sitting around a campfire and getting honest with each other. The teasers also showcase the friends laughing together and enjoying the quiet moments that they get to spend in each other’s company.
IN THE SOOP: Friendcation starring BTS’ V, Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, Park Hyung Sik & Peakboy will premiere its first episode on July 22. The show will air on JTBC every Friday at 9 pm KST (5:30 pm IST) and on Disney+ at 11 pm KST (7:30 pm IST). In India, the series will be available to stream through Disney+ Hotstar.
