Amritsar: CM Captain Amarinder Singh has taken another major decision in view of the increasing case of corona virus in Punjab. CM Amarinder has ordered a complete ban on all political rallies by April 30 and said that if a leader violates the order, a case will be registered against him under the DMA and Epidemic Act.

With this, CM Captain Amarinder Singh has ordered the implementation of night curfew in 12 districts across Punjab i.e. night curfew will now be in force across Punjab from 9 pm to 5 am. At the same time, funerals or weddings can now include only 50 people inside the house and only 100 people outside the house.

Tell me, the second wave of the corona has wreaked havoc across the country. Even in 2020, there were not as many daily cases of corona in the country as it is coming this year.  The figure for new corona cases has crossed 1 lakh twice in 2021. In the last 24 hours also, 1,15,736 new corona cases have been reported and 630 people have died. This is the largest ever figure of new corona cases.
