Patna: Bihar CM Nitish Kumar has said that those  who live outside from Bihar will also be counted and full information about them will also be taken. CM Nitish further said that caste-based census is being done keeping all sections in mind. This is being done for the development of all. No one will be neglected. After a programme at the People's Darbar, CM Nitish was talking to the press persons. He also said that retired personnel with knowledge of related matters will also be engaged in this work.

To a question on the population control law, CM Nitish Kumar said that merely making laws and rules for anything does not lead to a solution. It should be such that people's nature becomes that kind of nature. Keeping in mind the population control also, we have paid special attention to the higher education of girls, which has yielded good results. In the next five to six years, bihar's fertility rate is expected to come down to two.

Most of the cases at the Chief Minister's programme at the Janata Ke Darbar were related to land disputes. Complaints of illegal occupation of land and wrongful registration of land have come to light. CM Nitish Kumar directed the office bearers to immediately address the problem of the complainants.
