Plots of more than 4000 sqm have been allocated by Noida Authority to promote industrialization in UP, the largest state in the country. Out of this, 39,146 sq m of land has been allotted to Adani Enterprises Limited in Sector-80. Noida Authority claims adani enterprises is the world's leading company. There is a strategy for the company to set up a data centre here. This will increase employment here.
The same Adani Enterprises Limited will invest Rs 2,500 crore in the project. Adani Enterprises is a super mega category unit from the point of view of investment. The allotment of this land will generate about Rs.71 crore as revenue to noida authority. Similarly, Dixon Technologies (India) has been allotted an area of 21,000 sq. The company is india's leading electronic manufacturing unit. The proposed project will have an investment of Rs 270 crore by Dixon Technologies, which will provide employment opportunities to about 9000 persons.
Agarwal Associates has been allotted a plot of land of 55,000 sqm area for setting up of IT/ITES Park in Sector-140A. About 30,000 employment opportunities will be available on completion of this project. The applicants who have been allotted plots in the scheme will produce various products like mobile phones, televisions, washing machines, laptops, air conditioners, home textiles, furniture, handicrafts, mouth fresheners, pan masala, sweets and salty products, food processing and sugar and quality products, animal feed, paper products and readymade garments etc.
